THOR SIGURDSON We will never say goodbye to you ... Because we know this is not the end for us to see each other. You have only gone to a place where there is no pain or suffering. We are happy for you, for you are with God. We remember how your arms held us, and gave us strength. You were always there to listen, love, and defend us in everything. You were our very best friend. In our triumphs you were always proud. We're so very grateful and proud to call you "Our Husband and Dad". Here deep inside our hearts you will always be. We would give up everything we have just to hug you one more time. We remember the last time we held your hand and how you looked into our eyes. If only we could turn back the time we would have never let you go. We felt the world stop and our hearts stop beating when they told us that you were gone... Just like the rain; tears fell down from our eyes. Thank you .... for always understanding, listening, caring and loving us your whole life. The greatest gift God gave us was YOU... Till then; See you in Heaven... With All Our Eternal Love ... Sylvia, Carol, Cindy, Thora, Andy, Garrett, Brayden/ Emily.

  • I am proud to have learned from Uncle Thor. My career in construction can be attributed to my desire to be like my uncle and Godfather. I looked up to Uncle. Not only because he was six foot four, but because of his calm and likeable demeanor was a great role model on how to be. Today, in my work, I just mention his name to someone who knew him and I am immediately held to a higher regard. I love how he could easily figure out solutions to any apparent problem. I am blessed to have lived in his presence and proud to have worked along side of him on the few renovations we did together. The addition to his home that turned into an indoor pool, and shingling his garage and my dad's home roof and garage, and even framing my own basement while he was well beyond retirement. It is hard to think I will not see him again for a long time, but I know in my heart I will. Until we meet again, rest my Uncle Three.
